So, I just did the following: install again the non-functional Xen
hypervisor package and boot it passing ``noreboot sync_console'' on the
xen ``kernel'' line. It did not reboot, but I also did _not_ see any
messages that the Linux kernel would be tried to be loaded. As reported
before, it simply hangs (formerly rebooted) after ``(XEN) Xen trace
buffers: disabled''. So, it might be a different issue than the Debian
bug #385574, which involved the Linux kernel being ran and _then_
crashing, if I have read that report correctly and remember correctly
now. (I'm on a text-only teminal right now and don't know how to easily
access the Debian bug tracking system without a web browser.)

Regards,
 Thomas
