I've been able to reproduce this bug.
The testsuite started failing when PostgreSQL was updated to 17 in
testing. When testing using PostgreSQL 16, it passes without issues.
I'm going to consult with upstream to check if the 4 new test failures
are indicative of a true PuppetDB compatibility issue with PostgreSQL
17, if it can be fixed easily, and if I should just skip those tests
temporarily.
