The latest version of haskell-github added support for Github's Actions API. Unfortunately the new tests fail. I believe the issue is that this packages uses an Int to represent Github Id, which is not enough on 32-bit systems. Since this package doesn't have any reverse dependencies, let's keep it out of testing for now.
