Bug#1074673: libktoblzcheck: FTBFS: tests failed

Control: found -1 libktoblzcheck/1.53-3

Just for the records, I've found a FTBFS also with the version from 
stable, i.e. the one without the NMU. I conclude, the NMU for the time_t 
transition didn't introduce it.
