Dear Maintainer,
libuv1 version 1.48.0-3 has an unversioned Provides: libuv1 line, but packages
(such as cmake) have
versioned dependencies on libuv1. This is breaking cmake in unstable right now.
It appears that dpkg-dev version 1.22.5 (or later) allows you to use
Provides: ${t64:Provides}
to automatically generate the versioned Provides: line.
