I just rebuilt 0ad from a clean & updated sid chroot and had no problem. I then found the problem: Python 3.12 is in experimental and not yet in sid. So the FTBFS occurs only with packages from experimental. I understand it will be a problem SOON. Maybe you should have created a *new* bug instead of reopening this one since that is not the same problem. I will work on the issue. Thanks
