After being rebuilt for the time64 transition, libappmenu-gtk3-parser0 depends on both libgtk3-0 and libgtk3-0t64. As a result it is uninstallable on architectures that are undergoing the time64 transition (armel, armhf and some debian-ports archictures). Ubuntu already seem to have prepared a fix for this.
