This is most likely due to generating the source package on an Ubuntu
machine. I think there's some magic that replaces the Maintainer field
in the Ubuntu tooling.
Alastair, as you are the owner of the Vcs-Git and the uploader of the last
years,
would you please make yourself the Maintainer of csh? Otherwise I will orphan
the package.
