Please set the dependency version to gnome-shell (<< 45~) to make sure this extension is not falsely advertised as compatible with Shell 45, even if metadata.json says it's compatible: according to comments on the upstream PR, 45 was added to metadata.json wrongly, and according to https://github.com/gicmo/gamemode-extension/issues/70 code changes will be required for Shell 45. smcv
