pushpin FTBFS with the new version of rust-base64 due to an upper limit on the dependency in Cargo.toml. If I remove the upper limit then the code builds fine. (I prepared a debdiff, but it ended up with a bunch of noise left behind from the build process, so I haven't bothered including it).
