It would also be useful if you could provide the information requested in the upgrade-reports template (the output of COLUMNS=200 dpkg -l). I’m downgrading the bug’s severity pending this, since yours is the only report so far with an upgrade error related to ddcci-dkms. I’ve been trying to reproduce this, but have so far been unable to, regardless of the upgrade order or combination (upgrading dkms but not ddcci-dkms, upgrading the kernel, etc.).
