tags 38018 + unreproduceable help severity 38018 normal thanks Hi
First of all I need to report that this problem can not be reproduced by me, so you need to specify exactly how you run the server and the client, network setup etc. 1) How do you start the client? More specifically what hostname did you connect to? 2) You say that it do not display anything. Do it disconnect or is the screen black or what do you mean with do not display anything? 3) Did you upgrade anything during this or was it just pump that you run? 4) What iptables rules do you have? 5) What did you do with pump? 6) How did you start the server? 7) If you upgraded, from which version of vnc did you upgrade?
