Package: bacula-doc Severity: serious bacula.tex (or in fact bacula.sty which it uses) needs html.sty. The \usepackage- or \RequirePackage-line is missing (included in the patch for the other FTBFS bug I filed), but it uses commands from html.sty, and I have no idea where else they could be defined.
This would put bacula-doc into contrib. However, there are alternatives: - stop creating the html documentation, fix the document to use only hyperref commands to typset its URLs - fix the document to use only hyperref commands to typeset its URLs, and try to use hevea or tex4ht to create html (I have no experience with hevea, but some good with tex4ht).
