When i try to remove the package, it fails:

$ dpkg -r libapache-mod-witch

Hi,

This bug is open against libapache-mod-witch, which was removed from the
archive 9 months ago. Since the software is dead upstream as well, I'm
closing this bug, cleaning up the BTS a bit.

If you believe this bug should be reopened, please do so.
