Hi Sorry for missing this. I noticed the empty packages (or at least, Lintian did!) while sponsoring the upload of 13.4.1-1 to experimental and fixed it there, but didn't think it important enough to fix for bookworm.
If someone is willing to do a (team) upload, I'll be happy to unblock it. Please consider this a release team unblock pre-approval. Regards Graham
