This is not just an autopkgtest issue, it would break the package
for users if the dependencies of python3-zstandard in bookworm
would permit installing python3-zstandard/bookworm together
with a more recent version of libzstd1 from trixie (expecially
when upgrading from bookworm to trixie) or bookworm-backports.
