libspring-java fails to build with OpenJDK 17 because it invokes javac with
the source/target options set to 6. Since OpenJDK 12 the minimum
version supported is 7.

This is happening automatically now (with a warning),
and the package builds in unstable with libxmlbeans-java/bullseye.

FTBFS with libxmlbeans-java 4.0.0 is a separate bug (#1011689).
