Hi Liang,

The librust-vm-memory-dev package is uninstallable, because it depends on
librust-arc-swap+default-dev (>= 1.0.0-~~) but only version 0.4.8 is
available in Debian.

Please work with the maintainer of rust-arc-swap to update that package so
that rust-vm-memory will be installable.  It is currently completely useless
to have in the Debian archive, and will not migrate to Debian testing.
