Sometime between 2022-06-15 and 2022-06-22, r-bioc-dada2's regressed

Hi,
I noticed this while building the q2-dada2 package which is the
qiime/python counterpart of the same.
I believe it got rebuilt and even migrated to testing, so I am closing this
bug.
