I'm closing this bug because you are running an unsupported mix of
Unstable and Experimental.
Specifically, you need to download gir1.2-gweather-4.0 to the version
in Unstable.
I had added some Breaks in my last libgweather/experimental upload to
try to prevent mixing like this, but I did it from the library and not
the gir package. I guess I just need to add even more Breaks later to
try to help people not break their systems so easily by mixing and
matching different versions.
