Package: num-utils Severity: critical Hi, thanks for introducing num-utils, it looks interesting.
The conflict with gromacs is disappointing. There's no good reason why the two shouldn't be able to coexist if the name clash with average can be resolved. Is there a more constructive way of dealing with it than just putting in a Conflicts? Perhaps rename it as nu-average? Or av or avg, which would be more in keeping with the traditional minimalist naming of unix command line utilities, which num-utils purports to contribute to. I set this bug to critical, which might be a bit of overkill but I did so on the grounds that the package interferes with an unrelated package (causes gromacs to be marked for removal when num-utils is selected for installation).
