during a test with piuparts I noticed your package failed to install
because it tries to overwrite other packages files without declaring a
Breaks+Replaces relation.
If python3-zipstream-ng is supposed to be a drop-in replacement for
python3-zipstream (the matching compat module name suggests this),
you should probably also have Provides: python3-zipstream
