First, let me thank you for running these archive-wide rebuilds.  They
help uncover numerous bit-rot issues with the Java Team packages (and
others too).

I am not able to reproduce this specific FTBFS and am confident that the
it is another instance of the dh-python bug:

Is it okay for me to reassign to dh-python and mark this closed in
5.20211225?  Or should I forcemerge this into 1002182?
