Version: 0.15.2-4 rnp upstream version 0.15 fixed the timestamp issues that were causing https://bugs.debian.org/983770 on 32-bit architectures.
0.15.2-4 is the latest version of rnp in debian; if the builds are
successful, it should not be prohibited from migration to testing.
