There were some new symbols ... but they appeared independently of my
changes (I built in bullseye, not sid, in case it does matter).
OK.
This patch shouldn't close the bug as it only allows for a tedious
workaround (installing back postgresql-11-postgis-2.5 from buster).
But the actual bug will still need to be addressed: postgis requires
previous runtime to be able to migrate data.
