Hi Antoine and Damon,

I've just taken the time to update RPD to its latest upstream release.
Also, the dependency on libraw is now downgraded to a recommendation. I
think that the Debian package of RPD should now be in a good condition
for the next stable release.

Thanks to both of you for sorting this out and making me aware of the
situation!
