--- Begin Message ---Package: php-dompdf Severity: serious [ Reported by a team member to see the package removed from testing ] php-dompdf was introduced in Debian as part of the ownCloud packaging effort, but no packages depend on it anymore, so I don’t believe it’s useful to keep it around. Unless someone disagree with the above, I intend to ask for removal of this package soon (so if you read this message years from now, no need to ask for permission to act on what I’ve failed to…). Thank you Holger for reminding me that this package is still around! Regards David

--- Begin Message ---Package: php-dompdf Version: 0.6.2+dfsg-3 This package is orphaned [1] so there is no need to emphasise that fact so strongly. One valid depending package (CiviCRM) definitely makes php-dompdf useful, not useless. Hopefully someone will adopt php-dompdf and as CiviCRM maintainer, I will definitely consider taking care of php-dompdf, if my work capacity allows. [1]: https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=978994 Thank you for reporting the bug, which will now be closed. If you have further comments please address them to 979...@bugs.debian.org, and the maintainer will reopen the bug report if appropriate.
