About the archive rebuild: The rebuild was done on EC2 VM instances from
Amazon Web Services, using a clean, minimal and up-to-date chroot. Every
failed build was retried once to eliminate random failures.

I couldn't reproduce this failure in an up-to-date sid
container. reproducible-builds.org did show the same failure on
2020-11-21, but a rescheduling today built just fine:
