If I understand it correctly the rc is for 0.52.0,
and 3.9 support will be in 0.52.1
Oh yeah, looks like you're right. I had assumed they were converging to
the py3.9 version since the timing nearly lines up. They must be
thinking to release 0.52.1 very soon after 0.52.0, if they're aiming
0.52.1 before mid-December.
