FWIW all armhf infrastructure in Debian is now armhf userspace running on
arm64 systems.  So a similar configuration (with a container or a chroot)
should suffice for debugging, as the armhf failures are also visible at
https://ci.debian.net/packages/r/r-cran-openmx/.  Don't know if that helps
you with the debugging question.
