For that there are run time arguments. `gqrx --reset` and `gqrx --edit` handle initial configuration problems. Does it then work for you selecting the input device doing `gqrx --edit` ? What device are you trying to use? Does your chroot expose it correctly and with the right permissions? -Maitland
