Dear Brice, I cannot reproduce the bug reported as number 954432.
As the error messages are reporting failures with a QSettings object,
I can suppose that some configuration file in your computer is not
structured as wanted for the current geophar application.
Please try to put the directory ${HOME}/.local/share/geophar out of the
way: erase it or rename it to some other name if you prefer keep the
file which raised the bug.
Without the directory ~/.local/share/geophar, the application will
rebuild the settings files consistently, and should not fail to start
anymore.
Please reply me shortly. Next week, I shall tag the bug as
non-reproducible and consider it as closed/done.
