Sorry about that; the issue didn't crop up during my own testing, and I've been unable to reproduce it based on your bug report. I believe it is fixed by the new version I uploaded, which breaks the ordering cycle by removing the constraint on systemd-journald. Could you confirm this is the case? If not, please reopen the bug.
