If this is the case, this should be fixable by a binNMU on all arches.

Just in case the maintainers didn't find the cause yet, this looks like
a result of #365085, given that sqlite3 Build-Deps on cdbs, the moment
the last upload happened, and that this bug doesn't exist in stable. The
only other easy verification I didn't do is to check whether 3.3.5-0.1
was right.
