Could you please install the debug packages (gnome-software-plugin-snap-dbgsym and gnome-software-dbgsym) and try to reproduce the issue so we have a better trace? If you are not using snap, could you try to uninstall the gnome-software-plugin-snap package and see if you can still reproduce it? Thanks, Laurent Bigonville
