The Debian GNOME team is working to remove pygtk from Debian. pygtk is
a set of Python 2 bindings for GTK2.
It looks like pyspread has already been ported to python-wxgtk3.0
which uses GTK3 All you have left to do for the pygtk removal is to
remove python-gtk2 from pyspread's Depends.
(I'm not actually attaching a patch here but this seems like an easy fix.)
