The rust-ring package is uninstallable, because it depends on a version of rust-untrusted that is older than what's in unstable: librust-ring-dev : Depends: librust-untrusted-0.6+default-dev (>= 0.6.2-~~) but it is not installable rust-untrusted is at version 0.7.0.
