Control: severity -1 wishlist

Hi,
igv is "Architecture: all" and simply does not install on an
architecture where the dependencies are not fulfilled. That's not
really a bug and as Olivier has explained making it
fake-Architecture: amd64
is probably not the best solution. I'm also not convinced that it was a
sensible decision in the case of picard-tools but I think we should not
fiddle around with these dependencies while Buster is in freeze.
