Leopold answered me privately, I am sorry to not have provided a summary to the bug log earlier. There was an issue on the system with a /usr/local/lib/libvirt-lxc.so.0 symlink but it turned out to not be the issue. I am personally out of ideas, if someone is able to reproduce the issue or have ideas about what causes the issue, please don't hesitate to tell it here.
