I've fixed that in just uploaded 18.09.1+dfsg1-4.
Now, docker.io upgrade fails with: Unpacking docker.io (18.09.1+dfsg1-4) over (18.06.1+dfsg1-3) ... dpkg: error processing archive /var/cache/apt/archives/docker.io_18.09.1+dfsg1-4_amd64.deb (--unpack): trying to overwrite '/usr/bin/containerd-shim', which is also in package containerd 0.2.3+git20170126.85.aa8187d~ds1-2 dpkg-deb: error: paste subprocess was killed by signal (Broken pipe) I've fixed this problem by remove containerd pacakge. But docker fails to start with: $ docker run -ti alpine sh docker: Error response from daemon: failed to start shim: exec: "docker-containerd-shim": executable file not found in $PATH: unknown. All the best
