Package: openjdk-11-jdk-headless
Version: 11.0.2+7-1
Severity: serious

Dear Java Maintainers:

There are a number of packages failing to build from source due to a
regression in javadoc. As I didn't find a bug for that in the openjdk
packages, I'm filing this report as the "main" bug and will reassign
and merge all the other bugs to this one.

Thanks.
