Michal, The issue really was in 2:13.0.2-4 (which I created when I removed symlink management from /usr/bin/neutron-plugin-manage). I've fixed it in 2:13.0.2-5. Sorry that I didn't check enough before uploading 2:13.0.2-4. Cheers, Thomas Goirand (zigo)
