I would appreciate if that resource would be used and I cordially invite
you to help with co-maintenance. The package is a bit tricky in that
Upstream only evolves over time to get his bits separated to independent
parts and some circular dependencies are ambiguous to dissect and may
even have changed over time. That is why first uploads of pluto-* went
to experimental. Support in transitioning it all to unstable is very
welcome.
