Package: npm Version: 5.8.0+ds6-2 Severity: critical Justification: breaks unrelated software
Dear Maintainer, installing npm breaks bash-completion for other packages, for example dd. You can reproduce this by typing "dd if=", typing the beginning of a filename and then hitting "Tab". Now the "if=" gets removed from before the filename. The cause for this is the following line in /etc/bash-completion.d/npm: COMP_WORDBREAKS=${COMP_WORDBREAKS/=/} Please remove that line, or otherwise stop breaking unrelated packages.
