Source: jquery-jplayer Severity: serious jquery-jplayer currently depends on swftools for Flash support. swftools however is orphaned, has frequent security issues, is dead upstream (as is Flash).
Also, per the package description Flash is entirely a fallback for
browsers which don't support HTML5 video (but those are the norm
today).
