There has been a lot of progress recently on packaging a newer eclipse that won't require the old webkitgtk.
I'm going to convert this bug into a thawab removal bug in a week unless I hear otherwise from you. I'm sorry for the inconvenience, but I think it's a bit more polite to start the removal now rather than waiting until the freezes start when release team policy won't generally allow "new" packages in to Testing.
