Package: php-igbinary
Version: 2.0.7-2
Severity: grave
Justification: renders package unusable
Dear Maintainer,
the package only comes with a module for PHP 7.3, and thus depends on
phpapi-20180731. Since it does not ship with a module for PHP 7.2, this makes
the package unusable with the buster default version 7.2 of PHP.
kind regards,
Christoph Terasa

The buster default will be PHP 7.3, we are just in the middle of transition
from PHP 7.2 to PHP 7.3.
