I'm pretty sure that both of these are the bug in the i386 libxfixes3 binary
package; they should now be fixed by libxfixes3 1:3.0.1.2-2+b1 which has
just been uploaded to incoming.  Please test if the libxfixes3 package from
http://incoming.debian.org fixes the problem for you and reopen this report
if not.
