If your ~/.gtkrc-2.0 is like the following:

gtk-theme-name="Nuvola"
gtk-font-name="Sans Serif 10"

try to remove the `include' line.
----
#include "/usr/share/themes/Nuvola/gtk-2.0/gtkrc"
...
----
This made me enable to start inkscape without crash,
though I don't know what affects inkscape's crash.
