Hi Pierre, I noticed that this bug has been around for two years and this package hasn't seen any upload since 2009. Are you planned to fix this bug any time recently? If not, I am willing to provide an NMU based on Ubuntu's patch. If you don't feel like continue maintaining picviz anymore, please consider filing RFA bugs or orphaning package so that the package can receive better cares.
